Delicious mushroom sauce for pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), red
  • some butter
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 125 ml cream
  • 250 g cream cheese with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • some Parmesan
  • 250 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mushrooms ‘maybe-girl’

Cook the pasta until al dente. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the butter. Add the mushrooms and sauté briefly, then deglaze with the cream and sour cream and simmer for a few minutes. Add the herb cream cheese and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper. Serve everything and sprinkle some Parmesan over the sauce and pasta.
