Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp, heaped paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry in a pan with butter until translucent. Then add the mushrooms and season well with paprika (you can use a little more). Stir to combine. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Let the mushrooms simmer for about 8 minutes. Add the sour cream, stir to combine, and season with salt and pepper. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for a fresh flavor. If you prefer something a little less vegetarian, you can also fry shrimp or ham with the onions and garlic.
