Ribbon noodles with zucchini sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 125 ml cream
  • 200 g mushrooms, cleaned
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp, heaped flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into approximately 1 cm wide strips and fry briefly in the butter. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly, then sprinkle with the flour. Mix everything well, then add the cream, vegetable stock, and parsley. Bring to a boil briefly and season with salt and pepper. Combine the sauce with the pasta and serve immediately.
