Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, pure
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Mug cake from the microwave

Heat the butter in a bowl in the microwave at approximately 900 watts for approximately 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Divide the batter between 2 small cups, not filling them completely. Microwave on high at approximately 900 watts for 2 minutes. Let stand for approximately 30 seconds before removing from the microwave. Dust with powdered sugar or cocoa powder and serve.
