  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • Breadcrumbs
  • butter
  • Grappa, about a shot glass
  • Grapes as decoration

Quarter the cheese, coat the cut sides first in egg and then in breadcrumbs, and fry briefly in hot butter until golden brown. Add the grappa to the pan and light it. Immediately place the cheese on plates and serve garnished with the grapes. Tip: You can also swap the alcohol and fruit garnish: Calvados with apple, Williams with pear, etc.
