Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 figs, fresh and ripe
  • 80 g cheese (goat)
  • 1 tsp vinegar (raspberry)
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower)
  • 1 tsp, levelled honey
  • 1 pinch of mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the figs, slice them into wafer-thin slices, and arrange them on plates. Whisk together the raspberry vinegar, oil, honey, and mustard until a creamy marinade forms, then drizzle this over the sliced ​​figs. Sprinkle with shredded goat cheese and serve.
