Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bag of soup vegetables, frozen
- 8 small grilled sausages (Thuringian)
- 6 sausages
- 1 cube stock cube (fat stock)
- 1 tbsp meat broth, granulated (delicatessen broth)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp, heaped parsley, dried
- 1 tbsp, heaped chives, fresh, chopped
- possibly Maggi
- 2 liters of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Super easy and fast
Place the bag of frozen soup vegetables in a pot and cover with 2 liters of water. Add the bratwurst and Thuringian sausages to the vegetables and slowly bring everything to a boil. Add the stock cubes and deli broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove the sausages and slice them, then return them to the pot. Add the herbs to the pot and season the stew with salt, pepper, and, if desired, Maggi.
