  • 2 packs of hollandaise sauce

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 pack of frozen leaf spinach, diced
  • some broth, granulated
  • 1 pack of sliced ​​cheese

Peel the potatoes and grate them using a food processor. Fry the minced meat in rapeseed oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the diced onions and sauté. Fry the ham hocks and diced ham, sauté the crushed garlic for a while, and mix with the remaining herbs into the minced meat. Cook the hollandaise sauce according to the package instructions, remove from the heat, and refine with the whipped cream. Season to taste with a little vegetable stock. Grease a baking dish and preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Place the raw potatoes in the baking dish and spread them out. Pour the hollandaise sauce over them and spread the minced meat evenly over them. Arrange the still-frozen spinach cubes in the baking dish and arrange the sliced ​​cheese on top. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 30 minutes.
