3-minute Nutella mug cake from the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 ½ tbsp Nutella
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp vanilla sugar, or regular sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Place the butter in a microwave bowl and melt for about 40 seconds at 100 watts. Then remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the remaining ingredients with a fork or hand blender. Pour the finished batter into one large or two small mugs and microwave for about 3 minutes at maximum power.
