Zucchini Alsatian style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of bacon cubes
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the zucchini into 1-1.5 cm thick slices. Spread with sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the diced onion and bacon on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C until golden brown. Serve with baguette.
