One-pot pasta with zucchini

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 4 slices of raw ham
  • 170 g tagliatelle or other pasta
  • 0.8 liters of water
  • 125 ml cream
  • Herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and peel the zucchini and onion, then chop them finely. Cut the ham into small cubes. Sauté everything in a large pot with a little oil, deglaze with water, and add the cream. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta to the pot and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and add some of the Italian herb mixture. Finally, season again with salt and pepper. Tip: If you like, you can also add some Parmesan cheese. I also toasted some pine nuts.
