Pasta in cream sauce with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g turkey breast
  • 500g fusilli
  • 500 ml cream
  • some paprika powder
  • some cayenne pepper
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Gather all ingredients and boil water for the pasta. Meanwhile, cut the turkey breast into roughly 2 x 2 cm pieces. Add the pasta to the water and drain when it’s ready. Meanwhile, brown the turkey in a pan over medium heat, then add the cream and seasonings. Simmer everything on low heat for about 15 minutes. Add the drained pasta to the turkey and mix. Then season everything to taste – it’s best to simply taste how spicy you want it. Tip: I personally like it a bit spicier and add sliced ​​pickled jalapenos.
