Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g turkey breast
  • 250g tagliatelle
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp, heaped Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and tasty

Cook the tagliatelle in a pot of salted water. Meanwhile, cut the turkey breast into small cubes. Brown it in the pan with the oil, while finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Salt the turkey breast cubes and add the onion to the pan until translucent. Briefly sauté the garlic and add the tomatoes. Add a cup of cream, a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, and a small ladleful of the pasta water. Slowly simmer everything over medium heat. Season to taste; I like to add half a teaspoon of broth. When the sauce is thick enough, remove it from the heat and wait until the pasta is ready. When the pasta is al dente, drain it without rinsing it and add it directly to the sauce in the pan. Stir everything thoroughly so the sauce sticks to the pasta. If you like, you can, of course, round out the flavor with various herbs.
