Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks with the water until frothy. Stir the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Add the oil, vinegar, flour, and baking powder. Grease a microwave-safe dish (not necessary for silicone) and pour in the batter. Bake at 600 watts for 6 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then remove from the dish. The sponge cake can now be topped with fruit or used for other purposes.
