Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g spelt flour type 1050
- 280 ml water
- 1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
- 80 g walnut halves
- 30 g almond flakes
- 25 g sunflower seeds

delicious bread with a nice crispy crust
Add all ingredients to the bread maker in the usual order. I add the water and agave syrup first, followed by the flour. I scatter the nuts and salt around the outer edge, and I place the yeast in a well in the middle. I don’t wait until the first beep to add the nuts, and I don’t chop the walnuts either. With the 3-hour program (I use an Unold BBA) and a medium dark setting, you’ll get a delicious loaf with a perfect crust.
