- 500 g mushrooms
- 100 g bacon cubes
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- some parsley
- 500 g tortelloni, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Bring 3-4 liters of salted water to a boil. Peel and dice the onion. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add 200 ml of water and bring to a boil. Melt the cream cheese and stir in the parsley. Meanwhile, cook the tortelloni according to the package instructions, drain well, and add to the sauce. 530 kcal per serving.
