Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- 4 sausages (Krakauer)
- 400 g mushrooms, brown
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 250 g vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- Sunflower oil

Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, clean and quarter the mushrooms, and fry them in oil. Add the crème fraîche and vegetable stock, bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, or until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tagliatelle and mix well. Score the krakow sausages and fry until golden brown. Arrange on top of the tagliatelle and serve.
