Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with two kinds of salami and egg
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, peel, wash, and finely dice the onion. If you want to add a clove of garlic, proceed in the same way with the onion. Remove the skin from the fine salami and cut into slices. Then quarter or eighth them. Cut the sliced salami into short, wide strips. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the bacon cubes until crispy. Add both types of salami and fry. Add the onions and garlic, if desired, and sauté briefly. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the spices and herbs, and mix. Drain the pasta and add to the salami mix in the pan. Mix well. Pour the egg mixture over it and let it set, stirring occasionally. Tear the cheese into small pieces, add it to the mixture, let it melt for a few minutes, then fold it in. Serve hot. The amounts given are estimates; convert if necessary.
