Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 4 eggs
  • 25 g fried onions
  • 50 g bacon cubes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta with fried onions, bacon and eggs

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions. Beat the egg in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the fried onions. Fry the bacon cubes and pasta in a pan. Finally, add the egg and onion mixture to the pan and stir it with the bacon and pasta until the egg is set.
