A good and quick lunch for a child and at the same time a good way to use up leftovers

Lightly fry the pasta (e.g., pre-cooked leftovers from yesterday) in a pan with a little butter. Cut the bacon or any sausage you have into small cubes and add it. Whisk the egg in a bowl, season with pepper, salt, and mix in the herbs de Provence. Add a little more butter to the pan, then pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let the egg set a little, but don’t cook it into an omelet; stir it gently. Transfer to a plate and serve with vegetables or salad.
