Potatoes with zero effort
Pour a little oil onto a baking tray or a suitable container for baking. Halve or thickly slice any number of potatoes you like, washed but unpeeled. Use a knife to spread the oil over the baking tray and then arrange the remaining potatoes neatly on top. Bake the potatoes in the oven at around 230°C (top/bottom heat) on a medium shelf until they are golden brown and bubbling. As soon as the potatoes are bubbling, turn off the oven and scatter a few slices of cheese evenly over the potatoes. Wait until the cheese has melted on the potatoes and then top with ketchup and mayonnaise. Minimal effort, maximum flavor.
