Minced meat, mushroom and leek sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 g minced beef or mixed
  • 1 leek
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • ½ cup cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

with pasta

Cut the mushrooms and leek into strips. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat in the hot oil. When it’s lightly browned, add the leek and mushrooms. Simmer briefly. Stir in the tomato paste, sauté briefly, and then deglaze with water. Bring to a boil, stir in the granulated stock, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Simmer for about half an hour. Then add the cream and continue cooking briefly. Serve with pasta.
