Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 18 walnuts
- 50 g pine nuts
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 250 ml cream
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 40 g butter
- 400g pasta
Instructions

Blanch the walnuts and then peel them. Finely chop the walnuts, pine nuts, garlic, and parsley in a blender and place them in a bowl. Slowly add the cream while stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter over the freshly cooked pasta.
