Fall apple porridge with apple juice and raisins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apples (fallen fruit, also unripe fruit)
  • 500 ml apple juice, approx.
  • 2 handfuls of raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Using leftover apples that fall from the tree

Core and dice the apples. Cook the apples with 400 ml of apple juice in the microwave or in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Then puree everything. You can add the remaining apple juice if you prefer a creamier texture. You may need a little more apple juice, as unripe fruit is often not as juicy. Finally, add the raisins to the puree. The amount is only approximate, as some people like a little more, others prefer a little less. The puree can be eaten with ice cream, yogurt, desserts, or simply on its own.
