Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 8 plums
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 cup fruit yogurt (peach) or as desired
  • 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • Lavender flowers, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the ripe plums and apples and place them in a saucepan. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. It’s best to use this time to whip the cream until stiff peaks form, adding a little sugar if you like. Now add about 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt to each glass and cover the bottom. Then top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and pour the still-warm compote over the vanilla ice cream scoops. Then spread a little whipped cream on top and scatter lavender blossoms over the cream.
