Dessert with fruity compote

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g stone fruit, e.g. Mirabelle, Greengage, … pitted
  • 2 tbsp water, if necessary
  • 350 g oat cream (Oat Cream Cuisine) (Oat Sojade)
  • 100 g biscuits, roughly chopped
  • possibly sugar or honey or similar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

vegan, with stone fruit

Stone the stone fruit. Then cook the fruit with a little water to make a compote; this only takes a few minutes. Let the compote cool and puree. Add sugar if desired. If the fruit is very ripe, you can also puree the compote with very little water, without boiling. First, pour the puree into a dessert glass. Spread about 3 tablespoons of oat soy sauce over the puree. Top the dessert with the biscuit fragments and serve. If preparing the dessert several hours in advance, refrigerate it first without the biscuit fragments and then add the biscuits before serving. If the fruit is tart, you can sweeten the compote slightly.
