Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g apples, with peel, pitted, cut into small pieces
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 50 sugar, more to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Bring apple pieces to a boil with water, cook over low heat until soft, pass through a fine sieve (or a food mill) and season with sugar.
