slightly warm, fruity dessert or muesli base

Squeeze the oranges and combine the juice and pulp in a small saucepan. Chop the apples and add them to the pan with the spices. Bring everything to a boil and let it soften slightly. Blend briefly. Peel the bananas, slice them, and fold them into the hot applesauce. Prepare this dessert shortly before serving, as it’s meant to be eaten warm. It also tastes delicious chilled, of course.
