Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 shallot(s)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- pepper
- some cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely crumble the feta and mix with the cream cheese. Peel the shallot, wash the cucumber, finely chop both, and mix with the cream cheese. Season with pepper and stir in enough cream, if needed, until the dip is creamy. If you like, you can also stir in some dill; that also works very well.
