Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of jelly
  • 10 tsp sugar or stevia
  • 500 ml water
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 pieces of dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

Combine the jelly, sugar, or stevia in a bowl, boil water, and pour it over the jelly, stirring well. Let it cool slightly, then slowly stir in the quark. Chill for about 1 hour, then chop the chocolate and stir in. Refrigerate for at least another 5 hours.
