Fried wild salmon fillet with apple and leek butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g wild salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • ½ apple, red, organic
  • 50 g leek
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 g dill, frozen
  • Salt and pepper, green pepper from the mill
  • e.g. corn flour for flouring

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the cored apple half with the peel, toss with the lemon juice, and set aside. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the finely sliced ​​leek and the diced apple for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, stir in the dill, and keep warm. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, coat in cornmeal, and fry in the hot oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the piece of fish).
