For 500 ml of juice, you’ll need approximately 6 oranges. Squeeze the oranges and measure the 500 ml of juice. Boil or rinse 6 jars and their screw caps with boiling water. Bring the orange juice, Prosecco, Aperol, and gelling sugar to a boil in a large saucepan and simmer gently for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Test for settling. If it doesn’t set, let the mixture boil for another 1 minute. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the finished jam, seal tightly, and let the jam cool upside down.
