Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g rice
- Water (salt water)
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- ½ tsp turmeric
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp clarified butter
- 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
- 3 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 handful of bean sprouts
- 1 bell pepper(s), cut into thin strips

Cook the rice for 15 minutes, drain, and let cool. Combine the eggs with the flour and the cooled rice. Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Heat the lard in a pan and bake one large pizza from the dough (approx. 5 minutes). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix the garlic with the oil and soy sauce. Top the pizza with the vegetables and drizzle with the oil mixture. Bake for approx. 6 minutes.
