Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • n. B. Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the mozzarella into cubes and coat it in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil and season with a little salt. Serve with any dip.
