Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 sausages
- 150 g spirals
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed, approx. 500 g
- 250 ml water
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. oregano
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Slice the sausages, cut the spring onions into rings, and slice the garlic clove into small pieces. Finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the sausage slices and diced onions. Sauté the white parts of the spring onion rings and the garlic. Pour in the passata and the water. Mix everything together, bring to a boil, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add the spirelli, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 12 minutes. Season with the curry powder, stir, and sprinkle with the green spring onion rings to serve.
