Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml coffee, strong
- 250 ml milk
- 4 medium-sized egg yolks
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder
- some cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes
simple and delicious
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Combine the milk and custard powder. Add the egg yolk mixture and the coffee. Bring the mixture to a boil. Then divide it among 4 glass bowls and chill. Garnish with whipped cream just before serving.
