Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • ½ pack of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 can peach(s), sliced, drained

my absolute favorite dessert

Make a pudding according to the package instructions using the milk, pudding powder, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix the quark, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar well and stir it spoonfully into the now cooled pudding. Then, in a bowl, whisk 1 more packet of vanilla sugar, cream stabilizer, and heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Pour half of the cream into a bowl, place some of the drained peach slices on top, and spoon the remaining cream over the cream. Finally, decorate the cream with the remaining peaches.
