Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 50 g sugar
- ½ liter of milk
- 40 g cornstarch
- 200 ml cream

Combine the cocoa and sugar in a saucepan. Add 450 ml of milk and whisk to combine. Bring the milk and cocoa mixture to a boil. Meanwhile, combine the cornstarch with the remaining milk. Stir the cornstarch into the boiling liquid and bring back to a boil briefly while stirring. Cover the surface of the flammeries tightly with plastic wrap and let cool. Finally, whip the cream and fold it in. Tip: To make the pudding even more chocolatey, stir in about 50 g of milk or dark chocolate and let it melt.
