Lettuce Smoothie
The perfect lettuce smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Lettuce
- 150 g Greek cream yogurt 10% fat
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 2 tablespoon Agave syrup
- 3 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 150 ml Cold carbonated mineral water
- Red chilli flakes
- Carefully wash the salad and remove the stalk, allow to drain.
- Put the salad with yogurt, milk, a pinch of salt, agave syrup or honey and lemon juice in a blender and mix well. Add the mineral water and mix again.
- Fill the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
