Mango, Cucumber and Lamb’s Lettuce Smoothie
The perfect mango, cucumber and lamb’s lettuce smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Mango approx. 500 g
- 0,5 Snake cucumber approx. 200 g
- 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 4 Stalk Dill
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 500 ml Cold water
- Wash the mango well, remove the flesh with the skin from the stone and dice. Wash the cucumber well and dice. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and drain well. Chop / cut the dill. Put all ingredients (lamb’s lettuce, cucumber cubes, mango cubes, chopped dill, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 big pinches of colored pepper from the mill and 500 ml cold water) in the mixer, mix very well and pour into glasses. Mango cucumber lamb’s lettuce smoothie is a real power drink and not just for in between meals.
