Mango, Cucumber and Lamb’s Lettuce Smoothie

The perfect mango, cucumber and lamb’s lettuce smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Mango approx. 500 g
  • 0,5 Snake cucumber approx. 200 g
  • 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 4 Stalk Dill
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 500 ml Cold water
  1. Wash the mango well, remove the flesh with the skin from the stone and dice. Wash the cucumber well and dice. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and drain well. Chop / cut the dill. Put all ingredients (lamb’s lettuce, cucumber cubes, mango cubes, chopped dill, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 big pinches of colored pepper from the mill and 500 ml cold water) in the mixer, mix very well and pour into glasses. Mango cucumber lamb’s lettuce smoothie is a real power drink and not just for in between meals.
