Lettuce Smoothie

The perfect lettuce smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Lettuce
  • 150 g Greek cream yogurt 10% fat
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Sea-Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Agave syrup
  • 3 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 150 ml Cold carbonated mineral water
  • Red chilli flakes
  1. Carefully wash the salad and remove the stalk, allow to drain.
  2. Put the salad with yogurt, milk, a pinch of salt, agave syrup or honey and lemon juice in a blender and mix well. Add the mineral water and mix again.
  3. Fill the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
