Place the oats in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil on the stovetop and then add the instant oats. Gradually add the oat milk and simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Continue adding the oat milk until the consistency is right, stirring to prevent the mixture from sticking. Turn off the stovetop and let the porridge rest for three minutes. Add the agave syrup and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Dice half the apple. Pour the porridge into a bowl and sprinkle the second teaspoon of cinnamon over it. Arrange the apple, blueberries, and pumpkin seeds on top of the porridge and sprinkle with the coconut flakes. Tip: If you like it a little sweeter, you can also drizzle a little honey over it at the end.
