Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml ketchup
  • 30 g pepper(s), pickled, hot
  • 60 g honey
  • 20 g paprika powder
  • 12 g garlic paste, or freshly squeezed
  • 38 g chicken seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remove the stems from the peppers and blend them with the remaining ingredients (using an immersion blender). Mix this marinade with the desired chicken wings and roast them in the oven. It also freezes very well.
