Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove(s), peeled and crushed
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 pinch(s) thyme
- some pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients together, except for the meat. Let the chicken breast fillets marinate for at least an hour—preferably overnight. Then grill. You can also pan-fry it outside of grilling season.
