Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 80 g mustard, hot
- 80 g honey
- 40 g pepper(s), pickled, hot
- 200 g ketchup, hot
- 40 g oil
- 20 g garlic paste, or freshly squeezed
- oregano
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
hot – spicy
Remove the stems from the peppers and puree with the remaining ingredients. Cut the spare ribs into pieces and toss them in the marinade. Roast in the oven at 200°C for about 2 hours, turning twice.
