Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 200 g flour
- 400 ml milk
- 4 some mineral water
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil (sunflower)
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 package of feta cheese
- 1 cup of crème fraîche, or sour cream
- 50 g cheese (Gouda), young, grated
- some parsley
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Mix the ingredients into a pancake batter. Fry in oil until thin, making 6-8 pancakes. They should not be too stiff, so they can still be rolled. Brown the minced meat, season, and let cool. Crumble or finely chop the feta and mix it into the minced meat. Fold in the crème fraîche and parsley. Spread the mixture lengthwise onto the pancakes and roll them up. Place the pancakes side by side in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted and golden brown.
