Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 200 g sour cream
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- 80 g Emmental cheese, grated
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt into a batter. Use this to make 6 pancakes. Fry the minced meat in olive oil until browned and crumbly, season with salt and pepper, and mix with freshly chopped parsley. Stir in the sour cream. Fill the pancakes with the batter and place in a square, ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with a green salad. Tip: The minced meat can also be prepared like a thick Bolognese sauce.
