Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 300 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 150 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • some basil, for garnishing
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 1 tsp oil, for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the minced meat in oil for 5 minutes until crumbly. Cook the pasta in salted water. Dice the onions, and finely chop the zucchini and bell pepper. Add everything to the minced meat and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix in the drained pasta and half of the cheese. Spread on a greased baking sheet (approx. 24x36cm) or in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 200°C for 12-15 minutes.
