Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 4 tomatoes, dried
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 8 black pitted olives
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, rose hot
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the onion, halve it, and cut it into half rings. Line a small baking dish with half the onions and place the feta cheese on top. Spread the other half of the onions over the cheese. Slice the tomatoes and add them as well. Sprinkle with paprika and add the olives and finely chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven). Serve in the dish. Serve with baguette or ciabatta.
