Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter biscuits
- 30 g butter
- 450 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 15 g cornstarch
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 75 g cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 dashes lemon juice

Working time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Instructions for 5 servings/screw-top jars (230 ml each) Base: Crumble the butter biscuit and mix with melted butter. Then divide between the screw-top jars and press into the base. Cake mixture: Combine the remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy. (This should result in a creamy, slightly runny mixture.) Then divide between the screw-top jars. Screw the jars tightly shut, place them in a water bath, and cook sous vide for 90 minutes at 80 degrees Celsius. Then cool the jars briefly and refrigerate. Garnish with fresh fruit when serving, if desired.
